CYCLE MONITORING SYSTEMM
IEC AIR TOOLS PVT. LTD. introduces CMS - CYCLE MONITORING SYSTEM which can be interfaced with any of the IEC Accura Pulse Shut Off Tools. CMS System is effective solution offering poka-yoke features on the assembly line at a very reasonable cost.

 
Salient Feature of the CMS System are :
  • Cycle count can be set as per customer’s requirement - 0 to 99999
  • Batch count can be set as per customer’s requirements - 0 to 99999
  • Easy Batch Selection (by Selector switch)
  • Indicator will glow only after tool gets shut off (not during free run).
  • Input/Output: it has 8 inputs & 4 outputs
  • Easy Handling
  • Electric Supply regular Single Phase, 230V, 50 Hz, A.C.
  • One controller can be used for any shut off models IAP-6ST, 8ST & 10ST
  • Low cost system

Salient Feature

Powerful Double Chamber Air Motor
The Double Chamber Air Motor delivers higher torque than conventional single chamber air motor. This offers higher power to weight ratio leading to superior and economical performance.

Fast and Acuurate tightening
Accuracy is crucial, in case of hard and soft joints, the same are tightened accurately. Thus providing high product quality on your lines. Since the Accura Pulse Tools have a wide range, each tool can be adjusted for many applications.

Inertia Shut Off Mechanism
Accura Oil Pulse Shut-Off Wrenches are incorporated with a unique inertia shut-off mechanism located on the motor. With appropriate setting of torque within the range of the tool, the tool will shut off on achieving the preset torque by cutting off the air supply to the motor. The inertia mechanism ensures accurate and consistent cycles. The shut off indicates completion of cycle to the operator.

Ease of Torque Adjustment
Torque can be easily set by allen key without dismantling the tool.

Double Blade Pulsing Mechanism
The torque generated by double blade pulse unit mechanism is well balanced and higher torque is attained than single blade mechanism.

Durable Performance
Torque is generated by Hydraulic Pulse Unit wherein there is no metal to metal impacting as in case of Impact Wrenches. This reduces breakdowns and gives longer life. Excessive running of the tool is avoided because of shut-off mechanism thereby increasing MTBF factor and saving compressed air energy.

Low Noise and Lesser Vibrations
The Hydraulic Pulse Mechanism and Silencer reduces noise, vibrations and eliminates reaction. The enhanced ergonomics and design of the tools improves operating comfort by reducing operator fatigue.

Easy Operation
Initial engagement of fastener is easier because of provision of throttle adjustment for low speed starting.

Rubber Grip
